Natasha's 1996 Acura Integra SE (Founder-Webmaster)

Updated 07/08/03!

Sarah's '92 Honda Civic HB (Co-founder) just added...

Was Officially Formed January 15, 2002, by Natashka A. (Founder) based in Ontario Canada. Although, the idea for a new club for true female automotive enthusiasts was conceived shortly after the closure of TGR (TorontoGurlRacers.com). Later, a joint partnership was formed with Sarah G. (Co-Founder), who had similar ideas for the formation of a new club in Canada, by which we decided to merge our ideas into a combined effort, and SDR.com was born!

SheDevilRacers.com will be making a big debut at Darknights July 13 & 14, 2002 at the Markham Fairgrounds in Ontario Canada. SDR.com promises to entice an appealing bold new image to all the girls and their rides, Muscles Cars and Imports Alike!

For me it all started from a very young age. Cars are in my family, I grew up around fancy/exotic cars, in particular, Porsches and BMWs. As a kid I use to watch my dad and assist him when he was working on engines. From the '86 Camero Z28 to my first car an '88 Grand Prix GTP

I've always taken an interest in fixing up my car and making it look good! For the Grand Prix modifications started fairly cosmetic; Wheels, Spoiler, Fog lights.. back then buying any after market part was very hard to find!! I always believed that American muscle cars were the only way to go! (or German if you have the money) Until I started to have experience driving other cars, like a Toyota Corolla and later a Camry. Soon after I drove my first Honda, a '92 Civic Si. It was then that I realized, "Hey Honda's aren't so bad!" This car was fun to drive! And so now my views on American vs. Imports has changed dramatically, no more biased views!  At the end of the winter in 2000 my Grand Prix's engine block developed a hair line fracture, causing the engine to lose compression. I took it to a mechanic to see what could be done, but unfortunately the cost to fix it was too high! So I sold the Grand prix to a mechanic, since it wouldn't cost anything for him to fix.. and an added bonus, the body had 'not a spot of rust!'
So I started to look around for a new car. Starting with Hondas, later my search  narrowed down the possibilities to Acuras, particularly the Integra. One day while I was at work.. a friend called me and told me to come to Downtown Acura to have a look at an Integra. When I arrived, there it was! Glistening in the sun! A beautiful colour I had never seen before called "Black Currant." It was changing colours in the sunlight. At first it appeared black but under closer examination, in the reflection of the sun it shown through a deep metallic purple. With Leather Interior, Aluminum Wheels, Spoiler! How could I resist??! And the rest is now history.. I have many plans in store for this car, on top of what I already have done to it (see '96 integra Mods) Including a new exhaust system, Suspension, RSX taillight conversion, my own artwork transferred onto the hood of the car, and a possible supercharger in the near future.
