About me... My name is Tess, I live in Southern Maryland and I work full time in Downtown DC. I have been into the car scene for a few years now and I started getting into it because of Husband and my brother. I would go to car shows with them and just have the time of my life. I started to do something's to my car that I had at the time which was a 93' Eclipse. The car was getting old so I decided I wanted to move on to something else. That is when I bought my civic. When I bought the car the engine had been blown, the whole interior was ruined, the body of the car was all cracked, dented etc., so I decided the best way to really get into the car scene would be to have a project car!! To make a long story short, the process to get the car running and looking good took about 9 months to a year. We had to completely strip the car down to nothing (no interior, motor, doors, windows, and we pretty much sanded it down to metal). I am very proud of my car and all the accomplishments that I have done with it. It was a very long and hard process but I am very satisfied with how it turned out!! But I think the proudest times of having my car is when I can show people before and after pictures and to be able to say I was involved with every little thing of getting it to look the way it does now!! Thanks to... Thanks to my Husband Steve for all his support, Tom Sickle for making a miracle happen with the exterior, Richie Gibson, Rick, Tintworks, Frankie & Mannie at Autothority, and D&G Kustoms for all the hard work on the interior!
Tess
